I am a qualified integrative counsellor working in private practice. I offer a confidential, empathetic and non-judgemental space in which we together explore ways to help you understand yourself better, enhance your wellbeing, and cope with difficult experiences or life events. I am trained in a number of therapeutic modalities and draw on these to tailor sessions to meet you according to your needs.
Qualifications and Training
I have undertaken four years of training in integrative counselling and psychotherapy at the Minster Centre in London and have a postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling.
Before training as a counsellor, I worked for two decades in the health and wellbeing industries. I hold an MA from Cambridge and an MSc and PhD in Epidemiology and have 15 years experience teaching Iyengar yoga. I have a special interest in whole-person health and wellbeing.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and abide by their code of ethics. I attend regular supervision and professional development seminars.

I work with clients in person, for weekly 50 minute sessions. Online sessions are also available when necessary. The fee for the initial consultation is £80 for individuals. We will agree the fee for ongoing sessions during our first consultation meeting.
