One-to-one counselling in a safe and confidential setting can help you find some answers to all of these problems. It is possible to have a few counselling sessions "to deal with" specific goals; or, having had a taste, you may want to look more deeply into yourself and what has shaped your sense of the world.
I see individuals and couples and my experience covers a wide range of issues, including:
-relationship problems; emotional and other abuse; domestic violence; anger management; trauma and stress, anxiety or depression which seems endless; bereavement/loss; feeling worthless and undervalued by others; lack of confidence at work and/or in personal relationships; worries about your size or body shape; worries about your sexuality or having other sexual problems; and holding onto a secret which is making you unhappy.
