Cordy Griffiths

Cordy Griffiths
Sometimes life throws up challenges that are too hard to cope with alone and therapy provides a safe and confidential place to work through those challenges. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression or relationship problems, working with a trained therapist can help.

I work with individuals and couples in person and online. I am trained as an integrative counsellor, so use a range of counselling techniques suited to your situation and needs. We will talk through what has brought you for therapy, focussing on how you feel in the present but looking back at the past so we can understand how it has brought you to where you are. With this new self-knowledge and insight, we can identify new ways of being that are more helpful.

Areas I work with

I have worked with a wide range of issues including

  • Abuse
  • Anxiety
  • Bereavement
  • Communication breakdown
  • Depression
  • Infertility
  • Redundancy
  • Relationship problems
  • Low self-esteem
  • Stress
  • Trauma

Qualifications and Training

I am an integrative counsellor trained in a range of therapeutic techniques to help both individuals and couples. I use the most appropriate type of counselling depending on what issues you’re facing. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I follow its ethical framework.

I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling from CPPD Counselling School, a Certificate in Couple/Relationship Therapy from The Grove and a Master’s Degree from the University of Cambridge.
