It can be challenging to open ourselves and ask for help. You may come struggling with your feelings, current circumstances or feel stuck and wanting to make changes. You may feel that now is the time to tackle deep rooted issues of self, relationships or past traumas. You may be struggling with your identity or making sense of a changing world. I provide a safe and non-judgemental space where we can work creatively together and explore what you bring.
How we deal with the present can be influenced by early life experiences and those passed down through the generations. Our psyches are also embedded and impacted by the social and natural world in which we live. I can help you connect these spaces, understand your story and ways of being and help you move past blockages. Together we can open the door to curiosity, growth and healing.
I can work with you on a long-term, open-ended basis or short-term (8-12 sessions), depending on what feels right for you at the time. I offer a free 15 minute introductory session where we can explore how we might work together. I offer sessions in person or remotely.
