I’m warm and compassionate, and I offer supportive space in which to explore yourself, come to understand what makes you tick and impacts you, and gain skills that will help you live in a way that feels really satisfying.
My approach is humanistic; I start with the premise that you are the expert on you, that we are equals on a journey and that I am walking alongside to support and perhaps help draw your attention to things you may not yet have considered.
I believe in the tremendous capacity we have to know ourselves through connection with our intuition, and often use mindfulness and ‘tuning in’ to the physical experience as a way of supporting my clients to connect more fully with themselves.
Areas I work with:
Working with me can help whatever you want to work on. Whether:
- you want better relationships
- you’d love to feel happier when you wake up in the morning
- life has thrown you a curved ball and you’re finding it hard to find your footing again
- you’ve lost your way and don’t know what it is you really want
- you’re aware that something is ‘off’ or ‘missing’ even though all seems ok from the outside
- you have challenges at work
- you’re tussling with menopause
- you’d like to parent in a really satisfying way
- you want more out of life and avoid getting it (which sounds interesting and can happen despite our best intentions).
- you’re dealing with something else.
